I'm always on the look out for a good Jian Bing. Its such a classic Chinese comfort food, so I was excited to see that this place existed in Alderwood Mall. I only got the traditional because that's all I really need. To be honest this really isn't close to what I would find at a street food stall back in China. It's similar but just missing something. Ordered the ham and cheese which was exactly what a ham a cheese would taste like lol. Debated on the Peking duck but got the crispy chicken one instead. That was pretty good, it tasted like a katsu burrito. The gentleman making the pancake/crepe was so skilled. Very cool spot to check out while shopping!
It was tasty, I’ve never had anything like this and it was good with an interesting flavor profile. I would love to try everyone of them. Service was great too and I think there’s nothing like this in the area.
