THE BEST PLACE EVER! My wife Stacey and I are new to Mercer Island and Barrels Wine Bar has been the best place we could ever find. The first time we went to Barrels the owners Joe and Tina welcomed us with open arms. Joe is the Wikipedia of Mercer Island. He knows everything that's happening on Mercer Island and has so many great recommendations of other places to go.
