First time trying MOD pizza today with my daughter. While the lady behind the counter began making our pizza, another worker walked over and asked me if I would mind having the order for the person before us redone because she accidentally ruined it. I said it was not a problem at all. It must have been my lucky day because she thanked us with two free beverages and did not charge me for my order! Good pizza and nice people - we will definitely be coming back!
Food is pretty good. They are under-staffed a lot of the time. This Bellevue location us convenient to where I live, but I try to not go here anymore as the service is not very good.I was rushed to order my and my daughter's pizza last time we were there. I tried to order toppings on it, but the young lady didn't bother to take the time to ask me. So I was stuck with a plain Mad Dog and Maddie.My pizza was burnt last time. We love the thin-crust Mod size pizzas. Can't create your own on-line for the Mod at this location anymore, unfortunately. Seems like a lot of new faces working there recently. I hope they're doing ok.Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses and quite small. We have always found a space for pick up though. Exiting onto Coal Creek Pkwy is a bummer because you can only turn north. Be persistent and exit so you can use the light on Coal Creek to go any direction...read full review
