I frequent 3 different locations and this is one of the best. I just left a poor review of the Rainier Ave S location because their service is awful and they never make my drink right. I only go there because it’s a few blocks from my work. I don’t have these issues with this location in Newcastle which is right by my house. Their customer service is always outstanding, and my drink always tastes the same and delicious. It’s just a pleasant experience to come to this location....read full review
This is solely about the drinks, but usually they will miss adding something into my drink but today they actually messed up my drink completely. Unfortunately I only realized when I got to work and started drinking it. Instead of Carmel apple spice they gave me a cup of milk with Carmel on top...

I wish I could give them 10 stars. A construction crew working by our house had an emergency and had to work through the night, Matilda the manager, donated 2 boxes of coffee with all the fixings. It was a really nice thing to do.
