Delicious Islander food served out of this food truck in the Lacey area! This is one of the few places I can get Hawaiian cuisine so I come here often. I tried their King Salmon special and my gf had the Portuguese Sausage w/fried egg and rice on this particular visit. Food was delicious and full of flavor. I always call ahead to place my order so it's ready by the time I arrive.
I’ve only tried the spam musubis and the chicken mochiko so far, and they’re both absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. I’m so glad there’s a good Hawaiian food place in Olympia. <3

Truly a Island Fusion place, their dishes are divine. I bought 40 dollars worth of food and it was soo good I ate it all by myself lol. If you want a comfort food like no other, give this place a try. Dångkulu na si Yu'us ma'åse'!
