“Everything exceeded expectations. The service was friendly and good. Happy folks serving up good food. It's not an extensive menu - especially till spring (April) when they open the sweet shack that has hand dipped corn dogs on the menu that we're looking forward to. At the main burger shack, I got the fair burger no cheese add bacon with an order of onion rings and my husband got the big Pete double burger. I don't know if I've ever had a better burger. They were Both possibly the best burgers we've ever had in a "fast food" setting. Better than at fancier dine in or take out places too. I found out about this little gem of a burger shack on FB when someone asked for the best burger and rings in the area. All the usual suspects who have decent burgers to be sure were recommended in the answers as well as this Van's (of which is never heard) that kept popping up regularly. They aren't open a lot of days or hours and their structures are not impressive (except for the magical quality of the food they put out) and they are a little off the beaten path but sooo good. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Gotta be high quality ingredients there. Attention to details is there for sure. The little bit of crunch on the grilled bun made them perfect and the rings were quite simply heavenly. They have a nice house fry/ring/thousand sauce that went nicely with the crispy crunchy tender onion rings. Thanks for the great meals and friendly made to order service. We look forward to many more excellent meals in the future.“
“Great burgers, shakes and fries, onion rings were not that good. My wife had the salmon basket and the salmon was like something you would get at Costco. Expected better considering the price. Would definitely recommend Herfy's if your looking for great burgers.“
“Wow!!!! First time here. I was looking for a vegetarian option and found one of the best places ever! I'm finishing a paneer spicy roll and OMG!! Tasty AF!! Definitely my go to food truck next time I visit Olympia.Keep up with the great job!! ??❤️??“
“Honestly I was hungry but I still think I had the best burger ever , the mushroom burger , it was god tier. The chairs a little hard the price wasn't the worst the size of restaurant could have been bigger but nice atmosphere and an amazing burger.“
“Love love love Big Toms. The employees are radical. The French fries are bomb. The hamburgers are delish. The dinosaurs are roar-some (sorry I had to). The entire idea of Big Toms is absolutely lovely. My absolutely only complaint could be that the prices (which are high but from my understanding he's a wonderful employer) aren't current on the website. This was only a bummer because I had looked on the site and squeezed it into our budget and we get there and everything is a solid $1.50-5 more. This may not be a big deal for some people but for our family it is.... Did we stay and eat? Yes cause there was no way we were gonna let our lils, who LOVE LOVE LOVE Big Toms down BUT it will require me to plan an extra $10-15 into our Big Toms outings which in turn will lessen them sadly.Still a great locally loved spot. ?Kid-friendliness: Such a rad spot in the summer! They have pairs of figurines on the picnic tables. My kids love it here.“
“Don't let the outside fool you. This place is located inside a pretty dingy looking convenience store. It's not the kind of place I'd pick to sit down and eat.But man is the food good! I'd compare it to Eastside Big Tom's burgers but for a much better price. Plus you can stock up on supplies while you wait for your order.Seating is limited, I usually get my food to go.“
“There was a meeting heald there and they served a limited menu. I had the miso glazed grilled salmon with citrusrice and fresh vegetables. I also paid for and had fried spicy pickles, shrimp cocktail, long Island tea and their specialty jolly rancher. Oh my lands ? it was amazing. The food was amazing and the drinks were to die for. The staff there isVegetarian options: One was the Italian pasta rotelle with roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes. Roasted =4⁴⁴fpeppers⁴,“
“Great service, super quick! Got tacos and a burrito. Tacos were loaded and quite tasty!Burrito was solid, good tortilla and rice, had salsa inside which was a fun surprise. Wasn't blow your mind amazing but good for a solid taco truck experience“
“IHOP isn't usually my favorite place to eat, but my kid loves it. I usually go to the IHOP on the west side. The exterior of this one always looks kind of grubby. We went here and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely spotless inside. They were well staffed and responsive. The food is exactly what you expect from IHOP so no surprises there. Good experience. Also a reminder for me to not judge a book by its cover.“
“They were VERY BUSY, but the food was great, and the staff (although extremely busy) were friendly. I had an omelette and a biscuit with gravy. I couldn't eat it all. I took half of it home with me. They were serving bloody Mary's and mimosas, too! I'll have to try one next time.“
“I eat downtown quite a bit Nicole's has the best food of any of the restaurants downtown at bar nut potato skins were the best potato skins I've ever had in my life. And the triple cheese grilled cheese sandwich was literally to die for flavor outstanding The quantity second to none without a doubt Nicole's bar and grill has the best food downtown.p“
“Located adjacent to the bowling alley, O'Malley's Lounge is a laid-back bar, perfect for those who want to grab a bite, and sip on a drink. As a sometime lunch-goer, I can vouch for their bar food, which consistently hits the spot. However, it's not just the food that makes O'Malley's laid back during the day but does have bands now again; it is a large space, I enjoy sitting at the bar but odd bar as it is sunken. I have enjoyed bs'ing with the bartenders.“
“Good grub. Not cheap. But worth it. Staff was friendly, quick and accurate. Cute 50's atmosphere. Good shakes.Drive thru our dine in. Still locally owned!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Kids menu. Pinball and video games inside.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.“
“The people are friendly and the environment is super laid back!!! Very nice place for one on one conversation or to play some pool and game time is always on the screen!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for wheelchair access are great in front and back but gravel parking in back isn't to bad still wheelchair friendly!!!“
“All I have to say about the Ram is - no matter what you get, you will not be disappointed. This trip, I had the 8 oz. Sirloin, with shrimp scampi and amazing garlic mashed potatoes (even the brocoli was steamed just right). We had a large group, so we had several appetizers: fried pickles, some Cajun chips, and some delicious cheese dip with tortilla chips. The service was great - our waitress and her team kept our drinks filled and attentive to clearing the tables while our group continued to visit. They have a great selection of craft and local beers, wines, and specialty drinks.Parking: Plenty of parking nearby, and neighboring parking lots for business that are closed after 5-6pm. (Like for a truck and travel trailer)“
“I will start with, they can't control the atmosphere. Location is everything and there are issues with that part of the neighborhood.Went to get a cake. Service was great, and was able to write on the cake in very short order. Cake was also delicious.Love DQ cakes over Cold stone. Will purchase again.“
“Stopped by for a quick burger. Love that there are lots of choices for toppings at no extra cost. We each had the single pady burger, and split a small fry which was plenty since 1) the surving was gigantic and 2) we had nibbled on the free peanuts during the short wait for our food. ?I always enjoy free! It didn't take long for our food to arrive. That's a real plus at 5 guys.To round out our meal, we split a shake and got two cups for water. The shake was thick and good. And we had plenty of food. All and all a good deal - good service, good food at a good price.“
“I went on a Friday night, so it was very crowded. We arrived a little after 5 o'clock, so we were able to get a table right away, but by the time we left at 6 o'clock, there was a long line of people waiting. The food was very delicious. It was a thick burger so it was a bit difficult to eat.The inside of the restaurant is a little small, so the tables are also small. It had a stylish atmosphere, but it was quite noisy, so it may not be suitable for people who like a quiet atmosphere.“
