We ordered the chicken avocado sandwiches, and they were good. I was offered to use the kiosk, but I told the 1st guy I didn't like using them. As we were trying to decide what we wanted, another employee suggested I use the kiosk. I told him I had already told a different employee I didn't like using them. He overreacted like I had yelled at him, and he had to walk in the back of the store.
After checking the reviews over the past year, it appears the long wait times and the dirty environment have continued into being systematic issues. At this point, filthy walkins, expired sauces and long drive thru wait times are indicative of checked out owners not spot checking their investment, a store manager failing to be a good steward of the owners investment, and subordinate managers being poorly developed and led.Panera's fastfood plus. My autistic 11yo was having a huge tantrum, so we ran late for our pickup. TBH I was pretty frazzled and lost track of the time. I got a call about 10 min till close as a reminder.
