Me and the husband went on a weekday morning to get a quick breakfast. When we pulled up to the car hop one employee got out of his car and went and sat on the bench with another employee. The older woman taking orders went quickly walking from somewhere outside back in to take our order. On a Friday at 6pm how do you get fries that are stone cold and so hard they felt like they had been microwaved couldn't eat them. Also didn't get the corn dog I ordered with my meal, I could tell the young kiddo at the drive through wasn't really paying attention. Sadly, won't be back even though it's right down the street, and generally like Sonic.

I like the eat-in-car experience. The menu has slimmed down and there isn't much exciting to eat. The food is usually barely presentable: chilli dogs with the wrapper smashed into the sauce, wilted burgers that look 4 hours old, and sauces pouring off the edge of burgers instead of in the center, where you can eat it rather than wear it. I will end up eating here again, I'm sure. But this restaurant should step up their game and put some effort into their food.
