I get the carnitas tacos. 3 is enough for a full meal without the rice and beans. I've been going here for years and recommend it for a night you don't know what to eat or a quick lunch downtown Olympia.You can call ahead to save yourself time.This is a taco truck. I moved up here from Pacoima in Los Angeles, a place where the sidewalk in front of Target is lined with taco trucks and the curb in front of the Rite Aid is where you go for the most legit Mexican hot dogs, so it's no insult if I say the flavors at this truck are okay. They really chop up the meat instead of there being fair sized chunks which is what I'm used to. Love that the burrito is a full sized burrito. The food was sooo delicious! I ordered a California Burrito & I couldn’t get over how big it was. My family ordered tortas which they told me that it was good. Definitely coming back!
