The only reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 is because the manager reprimanded another employee in front of a room filled with customers and in front of the other employees. Felt so bad for the kid. Other than that great place over
Not sure why it's so difficult to get the correct order when I come here. I had to correct the order when I got to the drive thru window, they had me pull into the front parking space to wait, and they STILL got my order completely wrong. Employees need better training and better listening skills. Slow down and do the job correctly. I tried calling the cafe upon realizing my order was wrong so I could get a refund, but the phone just rang and rang and rang so I ended up calling...read full review

This place has gone downhill fast.. there’s a bunch of people all working in the back. No one takes orders it’s all done through kiosk.
