The last few times I had been to this location the girl working always seemed very overwhelmed. This trip was a different story! The girl working, I believe her name was Izzy. The service was amazing, she made me feel like a customer! She was very polite and professional! Thanks for the great experience ?
The turnover is ridiculous, the customer service is grim, and the sandwiches are anything but consistent like the staff. The newbies try, but they never last, and not that it's a big deal but zero uniformity.

I just want to print out notes in all caps and leave them for this owner. There are "signs" all over this restaurant from the owner such as no cell phones on the clock and no coupons accepted. One time I was told by a worker "we aren't allowed to help customers when there's an online order." So these poor staff members are probably being yelled at all day by customers because the owner has a foot long stuck up their butt.
