The store was clean and the food was good, even though they didn't get my order quite right. What's up with having to place your order at the kiosk even if there is plenty of workers and few customers? Is the cash register to difficult for them to use?
Even though there was no line at all, the worker instructed me to place my order on the kiosk.I ordered a power bowl to go, no substitutions or subtractions. They left out the black beans, lettuce and the cheese. I was able to add some black beans and cheese when I got home, but I didn't have any lettuce. Almost every time without fail when I order a BLACK BEAN grilled cheese burrito in the evening, they put BEEF in it instead. This never happens in the afternoon. Just really strange at this point I don’t know why I even try ?
