Not only is the food here some of the best Mexican that I’ve had in the area (I’ve lived in Southern California, so I’m difficult to please when it comes to Mexican food), but the service here is impossibly wonderful. When we were there just now, a child pulled the fire alarm. We were greeted by friendly staff, and were served free tortilla chips, salsa, and refried beans. We got the shrimp salad and cheeseburger. The food was very fairly priced, especially if you consider the portion sizes. The portions were very large, almost excessively so. (Not a bad thing though!) The shrimp and mushrooms in the salad were a little oversalted for our taste. Excellent food and service! My favorite is the Arroz con Pollo but everything I've had is great. Salsa and refried beans with chips is top notch. Fast and frequent service. My only critique is their margaritas are just a tad on the sweet side, but not enough to make me stop drinking them!?
