“DOUBLE CHECK THE AMOUNTS FOR YOUR DONATION CARDS! YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF.I purchased ten $5 March Donation cards and was given five $1 and five $5 on 3/31/23 at 3:31pm. The next day I came in and realized there was a problem. Luckily, the manager able to sort out the issue. Had he not been able to, it would have really sucked and left me resentful of this chain. Reader, I urge you to double check the amounts of your cards if you repurchased multiple cards at once. You might not be as fortunate as me in getting a replacement.This store is consistent and I'm always satisfied after a sandwich here.“
“Best experience tonight I came in right before closing and there were a couple other people in the store, Mariana handled everything so smoothly she was absolutely excellent, I was a bit slower than normal ordering and she was so patient and attentive and even recommended an option, I will be coming back to this location! “It was very easy to order online to pick up our sandwiches. We had a very specific order and they made it perfectly :) They are being very good about covid and require masks and they make sure there is plenty of space to be 6 feet apart from each other while you are inside. They set the sandwiches for pick up on a specific place too so that it is a no-contact pick up. There is also hand sanitizer available at the counter. I almost forgot my cookies there, but they made sure I had them before I left!“
“Stopped in for lunch at about 1:15pm on 7/16/23, asked a few questions, which seemed to annoy the guy that was working who was preparing online orders. He even continued to give me dirty looks after I sat down. Bro, it's ok for customers to ask questions, as it's our hard earned money we are forking over. Rule #1 in the restaurant business, dont take things personal, you work for a company, and that company charges prices for items that you dont have control over, and when a consumer asks about pricing, dont assume we all go to subway everyday and should know or understand how the pricing works. Utilize this as a learnig opportunity to grow and further your career. Assume every consumer has never been to your restaurant, and be the expert at answering any possible questions, professionally and courteously. Your business is a fast food business, consumers are potentially on their lunch break, which can be only 30 min, and every minute counts for them, and any help you can provide so they dont have to stare at the smorgasbord of menu items above your head trying to find the pricing for the item they want, or if a combination of items is possible, the quicker you get them on their way so they can spend lunch time actually eating lunch, which is a win-win for everyone. I ultimately decided not to dine-in and eat in my vehicle instead. I'm still giving 4 stars, as the food did appear and taste fresh, and the lady that took my order, was very professional and courteous, despite my multiple questions or confusion about a few things. Probably been to subway once or twice in 10 years.“
“Tasty, accurate, fast. unlike another place next to trader joe's, this store asked me what sandwich to work on before putting sauces on it. Brilliant. Very thankful the manager put thought into that. If you order more than one sammich, you don't want the wrong dressings etc on them. They have a simple solution of getting clarity first. Much appreciated.Taste is good, quality is good, speed is amazing.Unlike a sammich shop in factoria, they don't check their feelings w/ each ingredient and fall into a zen zone or trance while perfecting their sandwich handcrafting skills for the upcoming olympics. I'm trying to be funny. It's just all too common to watch people go into an altered time zone of their own while making a sammich. I don't know what it is about this business that attracts people like that- but you won't find them here. “Ordered on the app and accidentally selected the Kirkland location. The Redmond location accommodated me by stopping me as I was walking out after I realized I made the mistake and fulfilled my order in the store. It was a bad experience I created on my own turned into a great one.“
“This was my first time here and it may be the best sub I've ever had. The staff was so nice and attentive. I mentioned it was my first time and they gave me a free cookie which was small but the perfect dessert, even though I ate it first lol. I wish I got the names of the staff who worked with me because the service was great.“
