Stopped at BK after helping my wife find a new appliance at Target. At the intercom in the drive-thru, we ordered her usual #1 with cheese and heavy lettuce. I switched it up and had the original chicken sandwich with cheese. Everything was ok, my sandwich had a bit too much mayo to my liking but next I know how to prevent that. I've been to this location a few times and overall I've had good experiences. But when I visited on a Tuesday evening around 8pm I was disappointed. My chicken sandwich was overcooked, dry and tough. My french fries had no seasoning on them. And it took 15 minutes in the drive-thru between placing my order and getting my food, with only two cars in front of me. I'm hoping it was just an off night.

So far bad start for new remodeled BK. Lady in front gave me Milk with creamer when i asked for Iced coffee. She knew damn well that wasnt Iced coffee but looked me straight in the eye and lied...
