Greeted right away, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it.Parking: First time visiting this location. It's not an ideal location, although Subway is on the corner of a busy main street in Renton, you you have to access parking in the back of store, unless you're walking you can enter front or back entrance.
Very concerned with the safety of your staff and employees. I truly hope that the young lady who served my wife and I, wasn't the only employee on site at that time; extremely dangerous for your staff hoping that someone is in the back watching out for that person. Now maybe she's timid maybe she's shy but it's very hard for some of us who are older and may have hearing issues to understand someone talking with such a soft spoken tone in a place where it's very loud. Its Subway, so I give a 4 by default on food quality and add a star for customer service/ professionalism and cleanliness of work area. The African American woman was friendly, attentive, and had the place immaculate.
