I was in the mood for greasy comfort food and I thought I would hit up Panda Express. Knowing that the drive thru is slow, I thought I would speed things up by ordering online. Big mistake! I was told you can't pick up online orders in the drive thru. Annoying, but okay, whatever. I waited until my order should have been ready and went in the restaurant. When we arrived the drive thru was backed up with 11 cars in it with more arriving as we decided to walk in, what a mistake. There were three walk in customers in front of us which were helped quickly. Just about that time we we greated that they would be right with us to no avail. The drive thru was cleared and we decided to leave because we were left there standing for 10 minutes. Customer for over 20 years, very disappointed

Most of our food was decent however our broccoli beef only had 4 pieces of beef in it, huge bummer. Chicken Teriyaki was pretty rubbery but alright, best by far was the Chow Mein and Beijing Beef.
