We went to this Subway to order a sandwich and we went through the drive through because the lobby was closed around 6:00 pm. We ordered then were sitting for about 20 minutes. When we go to the window we paid and realized it was the wrong order and we told the worker. We asked if we could get what we ordered and if we needed to pay the difference. Poor experience for the last 3 times I’ve been.Came in and said firstly, I have a coupon for two sandwiches for 13.99.I then said, I want a spicy Italian and a turkey club. The two people working, up-sold us on the similar “new” Sandwiches. This place takes literally 20 minutes to open the window after ordering your order on a screen. They didn’t have either kinds of cookies. They don’t have apple juice for kids so they gave me Apple sauce and they did both of my sandwiches wrong. Every time I go there it’s more disappointing. Bring back them making your sandwich as they take your order.
