An absolute gem! Great food served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I lived in Tacoma for 20 years, but have been away for 23 years. Now back in the area, we went back to our old favorites. The so-called fine dining, well established restaurants we used to enjoy have really gone downhill! So disappointing. So glad I found Macaluso’s to celebrate our anniversary. Don't pass this place up. Make sure you get Salad with the prosciutto + Mozzarella di bufala because the prosciutto is top-notch. I wonder if they make it in-house. The seating could be better spaced, sitting next to people with noxious odors is ruinous to one's meal. It happens. Not everyone is obsessively body-aware.
