Loved most of the non-menu courses, with the major exception of the Canlis salad, which doesn't fit with the menu, was overdressed, had limp lettuce and was salty. For ordered courses, I had the sablefish which was delicious but not an impressive preparation. Then the sea bream escabeche, which was a failure - overcooked (fish was dry), vegetables were not well incorporated with fish. Vanilla parfait dessert was lovely.
