The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The menu boasted an extensive variety of meats, ranging from succulent roasted duck and char siu (barbecue pork) to perfectly grilled chicken and beef skewers. Each bite was a heavenly combination of tender, flavorful meat and a tantalizing smoky essence that left me craving more.The attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of the dishes at Great Delicious Chinese BBQ was truly commendable. The meats were cooked to perfection, with the duck boasting a crispy skin and moist flesh, while the char siu melted in my mouth with its sticky glaze. The flavors were well-balanced, incorporating the subtle sweetness of the marinades and the slight hint of smokiness from the grill.
I came here 25th December evening and after 30mins , my food was not ready. The girl was friendly though and told me to wait for 3 minutes, which I did, but 5 minutes passed and my food was not ready. They are liars and the restaurant looked dirty with the floor sticky because of oil. I got a glimpse of the kitchen and it looked so dirty never coming back!

In particular, the 牛板筋 (beef tendon) was extremely tough to chew, and even the 韭菜 (chives) seemed quite hard to bite into. The 牛舌 (beef tongue) also had a bit of a chewiness issue, and the 羊肉 (lamb) had a strong gaminess to it.I hope to see positive changes in the future, as I believe this restaurant has the potential to offer better quality dishes

Fried instant noodle is such an easy cooking. But the noodle I received is too dried. And there is very little ingredient inside, egg, green onion and small diced of luncheon meat. Highly not recommended. BBQ is normal. Nothing to shout about.

I had just come back from a month-long trip to Beijing, missing my Meituan-delivered skewers a little extra. My boyfriend looked up three Chinese BBQ restaurants only to find out two of them were permanently closed. Blessing in disguise, though -- this joint lived up to my standards as someone who has her palate spoiled by affordable, traditional Chinese food. If that's not high praise, I don't know what is.The squid was my favorite, seasoned with I'm-not-even-sure-what but it's delicious. My boyfriend loved the oysters, scallops (with vermicelli!), and enoki mushrooms. I couldn't miss out on the rice cake even though it's a dessert-ish dish here drizzled with condensed milk versus the skewered/dry-rub ones I had in Beijing. The wonton soup and fried rice were surprisingly authentic too (yes, we ordered a bunch), only the Chinese chives were a little rough on the teeth but that's hardly their fault. Paired with some lychee beer, it was the best dinner we've had in a while.For my Chinese folks, the 烤冷面 was not the best I've had. But in the time being of lacking traditional Chinese food options in Seattle, I still ordered it the second time I went for dinner.Lovely staff too, couldn't figure out why the restaurant was so empty both times we were there!
