The staff was super nice and the service was super fast. I got the Mekong and it was to die for. Forgot to take a picture first because the smell was heavenly.

I do this 1 star review so they can improve and take some advices because the food itself was very good:Only 3 people were attending the entire restaurant on a Friday night. The host got us a table and brought the menus. He went outside right away and came back with this strong cigarette smell. The menus were dirty and greasy. The sauce bar was dirty all over and everything seemed like it was standing there for days (not fresh at all). Two of the waitresses didn’t understand English, which was a problem to explain I needed more chili oil.The service was very bad, they didn’t bring water to the table. They don’t have heater so you have to leave your jacket on to eat.The place needs more warmth in its lighting (someone professional to help with it would be very helpful). The restroom was VERY dirty, like they don’t ever clean it.The next day, I walked by in the morning and I saw through the window one of the tables with EVERYTHING from the night before; they didn’t clean it right after the guests left.

We came in on a Saturday night and the restaurant was nearly empty - maybe 2 other parties were there. We were seated quickly but the staff barely interacted with us after that. Every time we wanted to order, one of us had to get up from the table and walk over to the staff who were just sitting on their phones. When we were finally able to order, some of our food didn't come out so we kept having to check with them to get the correct items. The food we got was very good. I was most surprised that I loved their mushroom broth the most. However, given the level of care at other hot pot places in the area, I won't be coming back to this place. The food did not make up for the lack of service at all. There's a parking garage under PCC market if you're unable to find a street parking spot.

I will say I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the meat...given it was a AYCE style hotpot. You can make your own dipping sauce which is always fun. We got 30% heat of beef broth and on the other side it was just regular beef broth. Service was real sweet and being short staffed he did a great job making sure we were okay with the food!I will definitely be coming back and perhaps dropping the spice level to 10% lol

Y'all, my mind is blown, on how horrible service was. Let me tell you, we walked in and were sat down at a table for 8. We were waiting for a few more of our friends, when my friends did arrive we sat around for another 15 mins and had to ask for water. Everyone else got water right when they sat down. We got a plate of brisket. 10 mins later some veggies and seafood. We went to get some sauce at the sauce table, something smelled so bad like it was rotten. Of course because there was no ice underneath the sauces or veggies The restaurant was up in wet steam. The walls and windows and floor was wet, my jacket was drenched. We were extra thirsty. Had to call someone to ask for more water. No one gave us any water. We sat around hungry because no one came to our table for more meat. We didn't get any rice that we placed an order for the first time around. I do not enjoy having to get up to ask the server for things. I find it rude but we all were literally sitting there for 15-20 mins with no food. When we choose to go to an AYCE you want to leave full and happy. We were not. While we got up to leave I saw a few tables leave after only getting water to the their table because the wait for service was so long. I would never go here again, to pay all this money and leave hungry. We actually had to go to another restaurant for more food.

I would give this place a 3.5Came to this area to try out shelter lounge but had wayyy too long of a wait (iykyk lol). Decided on going to this place instead. I would say I wasn't disappointed! It was $34.99/person all you can eat. They had a good amount of options for meat and sides (beef, pork belly, seafood, rice, noodles...) Tried the spicy soup, mushroom and beef broth soup. They also had a condiment/sauce bar which was self serve--the only thing is that it was kind of messy, def needs some cleaning up/restocking. Service was okay, looks like there were only two waiters so they were kind of busy. Price was fair considering the amount of options you can order. Although this wouldn't be at the top of hot pot spots to go to, if you're in the area, definitely give it a try!

I’ve been longing for Hot Pot since moving away from Hawaii and this place hit the spot. All you can eat for $34/person. The waygu was so tasty and wide silk noodles were 10/10. I liked that you could choose from an array of sauces. I do wish they had more vegetable and noodle options and enoki mushrooms but it was still so filling. Also right across Green Lake park so you can walk it all off.

We were very confused when eating here. The owner and worker were really nice, but our orders was consistently missing ingredients or we were given things we never ordered. We didn't get an explanation if they ran out of anything or maybe the paper is mislabeled. Some of the ingredients was poor quality and not fresh. It was very awkward to receive this service since we came at opening time, we were the only ones in the restaurant. We didn't feel it was comfortable to confront about this, we just paid and left.

This place is a great hot pot place. The service was excellent. I really liked the self serve sauce bar to make my own dipping sauces. This place has a good selection of items to put in the hot pot. The waygu beef was very good.Tip: if you are getting the hot broth, start with 10% spice level and ask them to increase if it is not spicy enough. We started at 60% and it was very spicy.

This is the third hot pot spot we’ve been to in Seattle, and I think our favorite so far. The atmosphere is nice, but definitely on the bright side. The service is good, but you have to be comfortable getting the staff’s attention. The sauce bar is really good, and the meat is cut a little thicker than other places we’ve been to which we were skeptical of at first but we actually ended up preferring to thinner slices. Some of the veggies had slightly wilted portions we needed to remove ourselves, and some of the mushrooms were a little dirty, but those are really minor things that were easy to fix. We got the spicy broth and a vegetarian mushroom broth. The mushroom broth was great, as was the spicy broth, but they are not kidding when it comes to spice. We’re both pretty spice-loving (for those familiar with Seattle food, a 5 at Thai Tom in the u-district is our go-to), but the 60% spice broth knocked us for a loop. We will definitely go back and try more stuff there!Vegetarian options: Make sure to ask for the tomato, mushroom, or lemon broth to be made specifically vegetarian if that’s what you want- they can totally do it with no problem, but I don’t think it’s the default. The veggie mushroom broth needed to boil for a second at the table before it was really flavorful, but once it did it was delicious. There’s a good selection of vegetarian items- the tofu skin was a favorite since it really held on to the broth and any sauces we added.

I came in here with low expectations given the fact that I'm not into hot pot like most people I know. I have to say though, that the experience was not terrible. As for the food, it was okay. The decor and atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and the bench seats were sturdy enough to hold my fat butt. The pot was more like a wok, so it felt more shallow keeping it closer to the table level which I liked a lot. I didn't get up at all to look over and into the pot like a lot of other hot pot restaurants. This made the experience feel a bit more chill and relaxing for me. I hate having to work for my food. There's a small sauce bar that has your standard Chinese hot pot sauces. There's also popcorn and nacho chips that you can grab as a side as well, but I wouldn't recommend getting any if you notice flies zooming around. As others have complained, flies have been flying around the sauce bar. Seems like a common thing around this season for restaurants and the restaurant is trying to deal with it the best they can with their fly zapper. So the food. There's a good amount of options available to you for meats and veggies. They do have a good amount that are listed with individual prices though. The only one we cared about was the fish paste meatballs, but the price for it seemed a bit ridiculous to me. The slices of meat here are a bit proportioned out if you get multiple for a round of orders, but you can always order another round when you're ready. The slices of raw meat that comes out are frozen, so these are not freshly sliced pieces of meat. If you're not picky about that, then this might be a solid deal for you, but frozen slices of wagyu beef is a bit of a turn off for me though. I think it takes away the quality of it. Would it still be considered wagyu even?Service is a bit too anxious about grabbing empty plates and bowls off of your table. Like we had a few bits of tripe left in our bowl that I was gonna add into the hotpot and eat and this waitress came up to check on us and take the bowl away. I, luckily, stopped her in time and grab the bits out of the bowl while it was in her hand. I know I can easily order more, but I don't like being wasteful. So yeah, service can be a bit too helpful. There's parking validation if you park over at the PCC Parking garage. So that's solid.Overall, not a bad experience. This is more of a high 3 than a 4, so I'd rather give them a 4 than make them look bad by giving them a 3. Not a fan of hot pot, but I like this restaurant in a general sense. No more flies please and no more frozen wagyu beef.

One price includes a large selection that you can order directly from a tablet at your table. It was a great first experience at Da Long Yi, looking forward to the next visit.

one of the best hot pot places in Seattle. very decent dining environment. 好吃,还比较实惠。有鸭血猪脑猪腰,老板很好。 之前感觉被黑的好厉害。华人竞争太可怕了。

Clean and spacious restaurant in a quiet area off the main road. Friendly staff. We had the all-you-can-eat hot pot and picked a variety of meats. They have 4 or 5 different broths, I recommend the spicy broth, pick your level of spiciness, between 10% and 100%. The pork was our favorite meat and the silk wide noodles are a great side. They have a pyramid of Ferrero Rocher and we got each one as a treat when we left. ?Overall a great experience.
