I was perusing through Pike's Place for a cafe. I entered Pike's from the main street and initially walked by DeLaurenti. However, I saw their cafe in my peripheral and decided to stop there before walking further into the market place. The place was bustling for a Monday, but it wasn't crowded. My wife and I stumbled upon DeLaurenti Food & Wine while exploring Pike Place Market during our conference break. The inviting aroma of espresso drew us in, and we found ourselves surrounded by an array of specialty foods and wines.We couldn't resist trying their chocolate chip hazelnut, and it didn't disappoint. DeLaurenti has such a great selection of fine cheeses and spreads, as I went to them to get a birthday gift for my brother. Elyse is a Manager there, and she is wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Elyse and this company.
