Amazing authentic French bakery with high quality pastries.We had the chocolate praline pastry which had a rich deep chocolate flavor. Sandwich taste like the ones in Paris. Pastry are flaky and not as overly buttery as some other Bakeries. Pan au chocolate was lacking in chocolate filling though.
Superb is the word that comes to mind.Line was out the door which worked because it gave me time to decide what I wanted but still ended up grabbing more.Raspberry tart with the light creme and candied (Ithink?) plus powdered (?) sugar sprinkled over- superb.Flan- never had such light but bouncy flan before but very enjoyable. Fantastic real French baked goods, including seasonal specialties like galette des rois for Epiphany. Also excellent fresh squeezed orange juice ($6). Unfortunately, their drip coffee is made with dark roast beans, so you'll have to get your coffee elsewhere if you prefer light roast -- Arrowhead has great coffee, but very ordinary American pastries.
