Because I was visiting the market, I randomly chose an Italian restaurant for dinner. I ordered two portions of pasta. It was delicious. The shrimp had a strong flavor of shrimp oil and was very fresh. The tomato meat sauce noodles were well seasoned. The sour tomatoes were paired with pasta. Mason cheese powder is very delicious. You must try it if you have the chance
It is a place tucked in pike place. Their pasta is handmade and is with fresh ingredients. It is just amazing and extremely tasty. I would recommend going in early say 11:30am because they sell out soon and then you cannot try their different pasta.
