Came here during my first ever visit to Seattle and this spot did not disappoint!! Their wide array of baked items make it almost impossible to pick - but I do recommend their rotating pastries! I had a mushroom croissant-like pastry and a pear-yogurt sweet pastry, both were to die for. Service was immaculate, I felt so welcomed and appreciated the help selecting what to get. Obviously their bread/pastries are world-class. But their Hyacinth Coffee, specifically the Nicaraguan, is absolutely phenomenal. It’s all I’ve been brewing at home lately.Also the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
