“Heard about this place from a co-worker. He told me to call the order in because it would take a while, so I did and he was right. I called it in and they said 20 min. Got there and it took another 25 min. Didn't like that. I ordered the 3 piece chicken with the mojos. The chicken is pressured cooked and fried. It was delicious, the mojos needed a bit more crunchiness for me but they were good. The establishment is actually a bar and they had a live band the day I went so it was kinda loud. I recommend take out instead of dining in but I did go on a Friday. Give it a try you won't regret it.“
“Very chill space. Casual vibe, lots of locals and regulars. Great place to visit and get a sense of Seattle and the local micro-brew scene. Couches, tables, barstools, wifi; upstairs there's more tables and couches, plus games and a pool table. No kids, 21 and older only. No food, but food trucks almost every day. And damn good beer. They have at least 25 on tap, moat they make themselves. Plenty of parking too. Bring your own food, or get it from food trucks or nextstore. Truly "come as you are" and bring your dog, too.“
“Had the opportunity to checkout Atlas last night. Wasn't intentional because we were trying to get dinner before a concert, but everywhere had a long wait. We were seated immediately and I'd have to say the service from start to finish was on point! Ordered multiple rounds of drinks and was never disappointed with taste or pours! Food was surprisingly really good. This is a sports bar but the menu was quite impressive from a rib eye steaks to amazing sliders! Overall this place is great! Casual, good music, great for watching games, and they even had a Nintendo 64 hooked up to one of the tvs for Mario kart! We found our new sports bar in lower Queen Ann! Highly recommended ??“
“Places like this are genius. You order at a kiosk so it's perfect for introverts. The food is absolutely delicious. Their pho broth is scrumptious. Their pho tater tots and egg rolls are also yummy. I haven't figured out the beer situation there. It's apparently self-serve. This is place is also great to watch a game as they have HUGE TV's. Great for pre or post game eats.“
“My go-to veggie combo in town! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly fermented, nutritious and delicious.Vegetarian options: Their veggie combo is amazing. Delicious + nutritious Injera bread with 6-8 types of vegetarian dishes on top of it, greens, veggies and protein (beans), all cooked and spiced to perfection.Parking: Street parking only but free, more in the neighborhoodKid-friendliness: My kid loved it here. Booth seating is very comfortable for families. They have many kid friendly food options but he always asks for more Injerae!“
“Closest thing to NY pizza I've found on this coast. Slices are huge. I got a full pizza for fun last time, and it was so big I had to put it in the trunk of my car to get it home. It's great everytime I've gone. I've only ever gotten their slices of pizza because how can you turn those down. Good atmosphere. Can watch games on TV, play board games with friends, and enjoy delicious pizza.“
“This is a super chill place to hang out. Good drinks and food and the service is incredible! Katy always delivers great service with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this place if you want to catch a game and get some good food and drinks. LIFE IS GOOD!“
“I visited Golden Roosters with my kids today and ordered the fried soy sauce garlic chicken and teriyaki chicken sandwiches. I was so surprised and it was so delicious! It tastes like authentic Korean fried chicken and was so crispy and juicy. The coleslaw salad was also really good, and the atmosphere and the service of the staff were very good. ?“
“I didn't even know this place existed! It was awesome. the staff were all friendly, the outdoor area was awesome, and the sours I drank were delicious! The selection wasn't HUGE for those Seattle beer snobs who need a big menu, but as a non-picky sour drinker, I loved it! They have cute merch, LOTS of room to sit outside, a big TV screen for sporting events, and even outdoor games to keep your snot-nosed children busy while you drink beer! I am also a firm believer in having food options necessary while drinking, and they had a small, yummy-looking menu, as well as a rotation of food trucks! I have already recommended this place to others.“
“I love Max's triangle. Ashley is the best bartender in White Center! She makes the best martinis, and the owner has this secret recipe for pudding shots that's unmatched! The karaoke is badass, and you have to get the crispy chicken salad if you go for dinner. It is so clean and the vibe is low key and chill.“
“I found this place to be quite fun. The bartenders serve good drinks , by that I mean you get what you pay for. It is a freepore bar not machine fed. There was a lot of bikers that were hanging out there and they were friendly. It is an old bar but a clean one also. worth the trip to go eat and mingle with people.“
“friendly bartender. good amount of beers! good whiskeys, perfect place to catch a monday night or thursday football game (assuming it’s quite packed if it’s a seattle team playing) but great spot for an out of towner passing through. just divey/ sporty enough with nice locals. awesome exterior as well….“
“Good neighborhood bar in Capitol Hill to watch games. I usually go there to watch Kraken games, and it's nice they play the sound and turn the sound off and play music during intermissions. I've met a few fellow Kraken fans there, and people are usually very friendly. Good HH drink specials, but unfortunately HH is usually over by the time most home games start. The food is OK. I don't really expect much beyond typical bar food, so it's fine...It's nice they've got WiFi so I can work while watching games. Thankful KJs is nearby to watch games!“
“Tacos are very good and full English Breakfast during the Premier League early morning games AMAZING. English breakfast is served with HP sauce. Great drink selection, variety of nights including bingo, trivia, music video DJ. Only down side there’s a Manchester United flag on the wall ?“
“As a Lacto-Ovo-Pesce-tarian, i was still able to find good options that were decent and enjoyable for a sports bar. The vibe is wood and metal and plenty of sports and screens, AND they play Sounders and other soccer games, which is what brought me there. The seats aren't the most comfortable, but neither is my 55 year old body! Good local beers to choose from. The Mexican Corn and Cheese dip was very good and came in a cast iron skillet. Blackened Salmon Sammy was good too.“
“One of the hidden gems of Columbia City. Their burgers are amazing -- well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I normally get the Reuben, which they also do very well. The wings are also very tasty. The wait-staff is universally friendly and the food comes out at a good pace. My son is right on the cusp of kids menus vs. adult menus and he loves their adult menu. We come so often the staff knows to bring him an adult menu! They have numerous TVs so if there is any game of note you wish to watch, it is almost always on. My only complaint is that they got rid of the waffle fries -- they will be missed.“
“If you live in Ballard and want that sports bar where everyone knows your name, this is the place for you. Best staff, great food, amazing atmosphere especially when the Huskies or Seahawks are playing. Best neighborhood bar in Seattle by far.“
“I’ve been here multiple times for team lunch and it never disappoints me. Their stir-fry dishes are well-seasoned and tasty ? my favorites are the Haang Noodles, Pad See Ew, and Drunken NoodlesThey also have desserts but I’ve never tried those - on my to-try list now :))“
“Made a last minute decision to meet up with friends at The Westy and it worked out great! There was good seating, a very casual yet friendly ambiance and our server was excellent. We sampled a few appetizers (tots, wings, corn dip) which were all very good. EXCELLENT beer selection and some fun cocktail choices. The only part I didn't love was the glass my wine was served in. I will admit, I am a drinking vessel snob (not meaning I need something fancy but it does need to be the right vessel for the drink) - and wine came in a mason jar and my husband's cider came in a snifter. I get that it goes with the casual atmosphere but that part was a negative for me. Overall tho - this was a great neighborhood find!“
“We had an excellent dining experience in here tonight with our two grandkids. The first person to greet us right away was a genuinely friendly young woman who seated us in a nice big round table. Our server was very prompt and had great server manners. The food was really fresh and plentiful, we left stuffed! As an extra bonus, as myself and my grandkids made our way back from the restroom, even the cook waved and smiled. Such a positive atmosphere. I think I'm going to want the waffles for breakfast, tomorrow!“
“Absolutely wonderful experience. I did a paint night here. It's a self-serving tap, which I had never heard of. The beer pours perfect every time, very little head. You can fill it yourself. Staff was really great. I was doing a paint night there, and accidentally put my brush in my beer, and they promptly comped it. I would highly recommend this place.“
“Forever a favorite Seattle bar. I used to live across the street 15 years ago and came here daily. It's changed a bit but the food is still phenomenal, the service is great and the vibes are immaculate.I'll forever have fond memories of playing FIFA in the evenings with Wells, Andy, and the Germanator. The best times! Love Buckley's!“
“This place is a typical sports bar in a college town. Cheap drinks with a drink/beer of the day, decently priced bar food, pool tables, and games on every screen. The first bartender was friendly and checked in on us multiple times. We definitely came early enough to beat the rush on a Friday night!“
“Our waitress, I believe her name was Stacy, blonde woman who went to Shorecrest high school, was the best! The grilled chili shrimp with the pineapple slaw was very good..and the sweet and spicy brussel sprouts were the best brussel sprouts I ever had. Great food, wait staff, and atmosphere.“
“Yes, me and my friend were treated to an awesome time at this establishment called A 1 Shop. North Greenwood area. The food was great, the atmosphere was great, the server/ bartender named Hayley checks all the boxes. I urge you to check this spot out.“
“The boxcar is a decent neighborhood dive bar that is convenient and consistently filled with customers. They have karaoke, but I forget which nights. They will let u bring your dog as long as u sit outside and they have a covered back patio section where u can watch football and get a bit of fresh air in rain or shine. The chili here is really good and I've also tried a chicken sandwich and the French dip. Food is really good value for the price, which is very important to me. Nothing worse than paying a ton of money and leaving hungry and dissatisfied. That won't happen to you at the Boxcar. Stop by and check em out if you're ever in my neighborhood.“
“Great divey bar, open space, great service! The margaritas and nachos were spot on; however the taquitos were a bit dry, needed more sauce, and the creole shrimp were a bit over seasoned. Overall good experience and will try it again in the future.“
“Great restaurant and bar! Patio area is covered and dog-friendly making it a fun spot to hang out. Several TVs both indoors and outside to watch games. Food was delicious - green bean fries and chicken sandwich were great! Would definitely recommend visiting!“
“The rooms are very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The lobby, the library and reading area are very nice and well appointed. The staff are professional and very attentive. The windows open to let fresh sea air into the room. The whole club feels like you are indeed staying in a private, safe club. Hoping that the 3 food venues extend the hours later in the evening especially on the weekends. Once again, a very nice stay...the place to stay in Seattle.“
“Really chill with games playing on different TVs!We came on a Saturday after visiting the space needle. The drinks are great and reasonably priced, comparing with new touristy spots in DT Seattle.Recommend the flight, and my personal fav was the fruity beer.“
“From the time you walk in the door the atmosphere is amazing the people are amazing and the food is even better. The staff was super nice to an ol southern boy from nc and I swear it was like 2 min from the time I ordered my food till the time it came out. Highly highly recommend and next time I'm in this state and area I will Def be back. Absolutely love it in here. Yall are amazing.“
“Went the day before St Patrick’s day. Great vibe all around, crowd aged 22-45ish, everyone getting along, wanting to be a part of what was going on. Karaoke came and set up around 830 which was a surprise and lit the place up even more. Bartenders were super nice, didn’t have to go out of your way to get service, they served in order of arrival which was refreshing, and impressive given how populated the bar was.“
“My friends and I watch the ufc fights here and not only is it the best atmosphere the service here is amazing. Mostly thanks to Ali ? Don't go to Buffalo wild wings or any other sports bar for ufc or any major sporting event. Come to Fuel!“
“Great atmosphere, large "outdoor" heated and covered "patio/tent with several couches along with the tables and chairs.Karaoke is always good & with KJ Sean, running the soundboard to tailor to each individual for the different sounds. Improvisational karaoke assistance or background collaborations.Clean and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.“
“Tonight's special was outstanding Max out did himself!!Inch and a half pork chop done to perfection!A spinach salad and ba-CON thing was a a party in my mouth!! ??I'm afraid the cheese cake is probably gone . But it was better than crack! Lolol chocolate peanut butter delight!!But get your butts in some seats down here and try for yourselves!!!Oh it's the special tonight!!“
“It was a busy game night, men's basketball, UW vs Gonzaga. The beer line moved fairly quickly, the food took a bit longer than normal, but once received tasted great. The staff did their best to keep up & provide updates when needed. If you're a bit tight on money, keep in mind you can still get an $8 pitcher here from the "Husky tap". It's the champagne of beers, Miller High Life!“
“I'm an Uber Eats driver, and as I was waiting for an order to be made, a tall brunette guy behind the bar made me feel really welcome. He gave me a glass of water, and as the order was being made, he made small talk with me. This is the first time anyone has done something like that, and I really appreciated it. Give this place your money!“
“Favorite bar to go to in Madison park area! Love the homie vibes and I have to give a shout out to Destiny one of the bartenders. She is always on point with service; remembered my drink of choice by my third visit and always give great service.“
“We had some friends in town and wanted to find a bar, watch games, play darts and pool if possible. I’ve lived in WS for 7 years and am ashamed I don’t go here more often. It had everything we were looking for! Great drinks, the place was spacious, plenty of tvs. I only tried a couple flavors of the wings and wasn’t a fan (I like crispy wings with fry rubs or sauces that don’t kill the texture) but maybe other things are good.Id highly recommend if you want to play pool, darts or pinball.“
“Went last night to meet some friends for drinks and pool. First time here. Had an amazing time. Drinks were good and fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a chill night out for a date night or just to meet friends. The service was fast and friendly.“
“I really like this place. Not sure why it doesn't come up easily on Google Maps - literally had to search by name and not just "beer" or "bar". I feel like it's a bit of a hidden gem. Friendly service, good beers, and I love the upstairs. One of my favorite little spots around. Quiet, dark wood and portholes. Feels like I'm in a ship. Would recommend.“
“Food was generally spot on. Had a fried seafood mix: the cod and clam fritters seemed perfectly crunchy and fresh, the shrimp plump with a thin breading, the French fries were boiled before frying making their insides nice and soft, but the halibut seemed to be possibly not as fresh. The clam chowder was well balanced with larger chunks of clam. The dungeness crab bisque was tomatoey and good. The boiled clams were fresh and not sandy. The service was cordial and informative. The atmosphere was warm and our table had an amazing view of downtown Seattle!“
“We came here because my cis girlfriend is a woman who loves watching sports and she was very excited about the existence of this sports bar focused on women's sports. We were there for the sec championship game. It was great, very nicely appointed and spacious. The television/screen situation was super professional, the food was good and drink was quality as well. Very cool! We need one in la!!!Vegetarian options: Plenty. Very veggie friendly for a sports bar.Dietary restrictions: FewParking: Street parkingKid-friendliness: Bar.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps but they also have a little lift thing for people to use. Flat once you get up the stairs and plenty spacious for a bar.“
