“This review is long overdue but this is by far my favorite Starbucks to order from. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. I’ve had to place large coffee orders quite a few times and they are always so quick and professional putting everything together. They even left a bunch of cute stickers in one of the coffee cups. The dermatology office I had ordered the coffee for loved them and left them out for some of the kids that come in. I highly recommend coming here.“
“This is a cool Starbucks outlet. They are located next to a train station and close to my work, so I come here pretty often. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They are usually very busy, but I always get my drink within 5 minutes. I usually get the Chai Latte, the Black Tea with Peach Foam, or the London Fog, and it's always perfectly made. The Black Tea with Peach Foam is delicious and definitely worth a try, but if you're looking for strictly a caffeine pick-me-up, I'd recommend getting a less embellished coffee/tea. They also have little trinkets/coffee for sale, and the store is always well-maintained and decorated. Definitely stop by if you're in the neighborhood and craving some coffee or tea.“
“This Starbucks is located in the Kraken Community Iceplex, across from the Kraken team store. There's no seating, so it's basically a counter only cafe where you grab and go. It's convenient to have such a coffee place inside the Iceplex as most parents can grab something to drink or eat while watching their kids' hockey games. There's a digital board to show whose drinks are ready whose drinks are still being prepped, which makes things much easier. The staff members here are friendly and polite. The drinks, well, are meeting Starbucks standards.“

“I think Starbucks is a very good coffee shop for me to go into especially now that I can go get my single Americano in either call or grande style I think that works pretty good and I sure like their point system it works very well for me besides that if I start earning points then I can actually get a reward for it because other coffee companies or coffee shop do I go to sometimes they have a point system where you earn up to 10 free points or whatever it is and you get a free cup of coffee or whatever and that's what I like about this because it saves a lot of people time and effort to go into a coffee shop like this to get their coffee and whatever else they need but I think what's really nice about is that I think one of their promotions would be later on is if you go out and get a cup of coffee from them they might offer you an idea to get one of those some Starbucks cards which are preloaded and basically what it is if you get one of those that's great and that's why the reason why I have one of those Starbucks cards to wear it basically I can get into a gold system or something like that that's what I have although I haven't used it lately but I'm going to think about starting to use it anyway when it's all said and done since I've only had that particular card for about 9 years it's very useful now if we got other people to start getting a hold of a Starbucks card which would basically mean if you gradually move into the point system or going to a tear like a gold card like what I've got basically it means you can put money on the card and that's it now if they do have you know preloaded Starbucks cards or if you can actually purchase a card all you have to do is just loaded and forget it and then when you come in to go get your coffee you have the card right there because basically they just act like a credit card and you won't have to worry about a single thing“

They've had to go over some equipment changes as well as some computer programs changes and dealt with it awesome. Too many people have forgotten how to be kind and patient. (The customers). “Very good Starbucks connected to Grand Hyatt hotel (and across the street from Hotel Theodore). Coffee and customer service is usually good and generally not as crowded as the Starbucks at 5th and Pike. Lots of people staying at the hotel and convention goers come here (watch your stuff- I was there the other day and it appeared a customer had something stolen (the police were there talking to her), while this Starbucks does not get as many homeless as the store at 5th and Pike homeless people do come here on occasion (i saw one homeless person get evicted and another steal a sandwich and leave the store). There is no bathroom inside the store - you have to get a key card in the hotel lobby.“

I got the tall size apple crisp macchiato and chestnut praline latte. Starbucks drinks basically taste the same so I wouldn't really rate this place based on that. But as expected, chestnut praline latte was more up my alley than the apple crisp macchiato - the apple syrup tasted too artificial. The barista (I think her name was Maribel) greeted me quietly yet cheerfully, at just the right tone for the morning. I respect her for being in good mood even though it was still early in the morning. She was thoughtful to ask me if I needed a cup holder. I've seen some shit services in Starbucks in NYC but it's a lot different in Seattle locations - I went to another Starbucks inside a Safeway yesterday and the barista there were also polite! Maybe they are encouraged to be more proud of their work because Starbucks is from Seattle?Happily armed with a cupholder with my drinks in it, I also got a cheese on sale because the cheese section was located right next to Starbucks.
