Food is incredible, more than just the usual pho and noodle dishes. We went on Christmas Day for dinner and there was a shortage of wait staff, so the service could have been better. Perhaps it is at other times. Great restaurant, will definitely come back.
This is probably the best vietnamese restaurant in Seattle. They make amazing dishes with rice crackers. My personal favourite are the skewered grilled chicken rolls. You can also order tamarind tree noodles as a platter, order separate rice crackers and make your own rolls. I have tried that earlier and it is fun.The chicken satay and Phos always taste the same ( as i imagined ) and are nice. A real gem in a dingy area. The food and customer service is fantastic. Tried the lemongrass beef noodle bowl and beef pho and was really impressed. The pho has delicious flavor that I normally don’t get from pho restaurants. Definitely recommend!
