OMG! The sushi was fabulous! It was so fresh and delightful! We ordered ikura, masago, tabiko, hamachi, chu toro, kampachi, seaweed salad - it was all so excellent! We'll be ordering again!
Been coming here for years, but it’ll be hard to come back. The prices are just astronomical for the quality. I get it, inflation and all, but Tengu has increased prices in three ways more than other similar restaurants.- increased the price of each plate color- reduced the portion size on each plate- bumped up some dishes to be a more expensive plate color (I think?)It just adds up really quickly when even every plate with 4 small pieces is like $5-6. For a conveyor belt sushi it is good quality, fairly expensive price.A few new menu items like warabe mochi and some cheaper veggie rolls are greatly appreciated. Salmon used to be a steal here for the quality, just fairly priced now.Unrelated but saw what seemed to be the head chef be a little dbag-y to a prep cook. Didnt reallllyy effect my experience, but felt bad for the guy lol
