Wa'z Seattle Reviews
The meal was lovely. When we got to the Waygu coarse the 3 pieces they served were not edible. Must have been wrong cut. I couldn't chew through it as much as I tried. I also had the same experience with the sashimi dish. A few pieces of the fish were not chewable. Otherwise skillfully prepared and served. Delicious.

Wa'z is amazing and definitely worth it! It was our first time trying kaiseki. The pacing is a little bit slower than that of sushi-focused omakase. Nevertheless, the overall experience was fun and the food was delicious. It was nice to learn about setsubun and fun to eat ehomaki in the direction of good luck! Lots of on-street paid parking (download paybyphone app).
