Love their food and drink options but they definitely need to work on customer service skills. I went almost every day this past week and received service from a different barista every time and every time I felt like I was bothering them with my order. I went here earlier today and I ordered a 12 ounce Smores Frappe and it was GOOD! The very first time I tried one of these from there it was sooo DELICIOUS and after that I always like going there for that Frappe. I like this place and good typical prices for a lil coffee shack. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND going here!!!

I've been going there off and on for many years. Everything has went so down hill. The service is awful everytime. The ladies working are never friendly and always rushing the order. The food used to be so good so I would continue to go back regardless. But unfortunately they mess it up everytime now. I always recommend river canyon to out of towners but not anymore. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and works on the issues.
