BETTER THAN PANDA EXPRESS. Looking for asian food in the Spokane Valley Mall? This is the place to go. The super nice lady who owns this little restaurant greeted us cheerfully and prepared our order within minutes. The chicken is crispy but tender, the rice is delicious, and the veggies are steamed nicely. Great place for a quick bite!
