The main reason for not giving a higher review score is that on multiple occasions this store has not processed online orders immediately when received. They may process in store orders first even if the online order is requested as soon as possible. This means you can walk in the restaurant, wait in line to tell them you are there for an online order, and somehow someone in line behind you who orders at the register can get their order first. Brought my grandson here for a sandwich and was immediately struck at how spotlessly clean this shop was. Jackson took our order, and he was very friendly and helpful with my grandson. Jackson's efforts to give us a good experience was something you hardly see anymore. Kudos to Jimmy Johns and Jackson! The sandwich was great also.
