I'm not sure who was working the evening shift on 2-6-24, but the crew was very nice and friendly.It was first time eating there and I personally think it's much better than the new Houston hot chicken place. At least, they have more of a chicken tenders and fries menu, where as this is actual fried chicken pieces.Me and my husband got the chicken dinner meal with green beans, red rice, and potato salad. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it.
On a 10 scale I would rate the chicken about a 7 1/2 which is a 1/2 lower than KFC Here’s the picture . Very small pieces for 8.15 I also got a Chile dog which was good but only chili beans and no meat except for the hot dog. It wasn’t bad though. The people working here are exceptionally nice and do a good job. If you are ever in Birmingham , Little Rock , Atlanta Memphis try Gus’ famous fried chicken.
