I occasionally do a family take-out order when visiting nearby family. This visit was not like the previous ones in that we were shorted half the requested salad and Longhorn BBQ sauce for the entire order. The food is still good but not the same without the sauce. I tried to call to discuss the issue by got put on hold for longer than the matter deserved. If you do buy take-out here, make sure that they verify the order with you before you leave with it.
Very quiet and calm spot with dimmed lights. The food is pretty good and the service is great. My only negative remark is that they don't accept gift cards because this location is not a part of the major chain.

First time at Longhorn BBQ and it did not disappoint! There were a handful of tables being occupied when we arrived. The young waiter was extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu and was very attentive and friendly. Everyone’s plates were delicious but I think the fan-favorite was the huckleberry milkshake!
