Was 5 stars but last night when we went in, there was 1 or 2 other customers and there were 3 people. We ordered 4 pizzas. It took them half an hour to make 2 (one of which wasnt made correctly) of the pizzas and then the other two didnt even exist. We told the employee that gave us our pizzas that we had 4 pizzas (which is clear on the only order ticket that says "pizza 3 of 4") and she said "oh, really?" My neighborhood PMs, they are fast and at times they're very busy. There is usually someone that checks on you if you're in the lobby very long to make sure your order didn't get mis-placed. Pizza is always like I ordered it. Toppings fresh and plenty of cheese. No complaints!

Went in tonight and were terribly slow. I ordered online, which gave me a time 45 minutes later. I showed up, and waited in the store for 20 more minutes. I ordered 1 pizza. I saw someone walk in and ordered more pizzas at the counter and got theirs before me. If you aren't going to provide a decent level of service to online orders then why bother having them.
