“Excellent crew !! every Tuesday.. I'm always greeted with a smile! Never hear anyone complain about their job or other employees!! As some other places have done. They all have a great time and seem to enjoy their jobs! Always respectful and friendly!! I go to this particular papas off of dishman and Sprague because of the employees and Manager. Thanks Ray.“

“Went to the 2018 n ruby street location. There was a handful of younger lady’s working! I was pleasantly impressed with thier work ethic and hustle. Def something you don’t see every day. Especially with the younger generation! I live 2.1 miles from two locations and decided to head south! Glad I did. Thanks for the great pizza. And amazing service!“

“The staff at this location are very efficient and polite. I always have a good experience getting pizza here. Look for coupons before coming in they have some great discounts for sure. There is usually a special running in store as well on a specific pizza, those are also good deals. The Chicken Garlic is our family favorite.“

“Extremely friendly staff! My little boy and I were waiting for our call in order, and one of the staff noticed my son was super interested in the staff making pizzas. The young man caught my sons attention. He took the time to show him how to toss the pizza dough in the air. Then, before my son and I left the worker gave him a couple stickers. Great experience!“

“I like how they are always quick and polite but I always order a pizza with extra cheese and another regular amount yet they both come with the same amount of cheese. It isn't that big of a deal to me so I never say anythingParking: The lot is shared with a few other stores and it is a very busy parking lot. Sometimes I have to circle the lot a couple times but always find a spot by the second or third time around“

“Always a great option for dinner! This visit was for superbowl 2024 and it is great to be able to cook pizzas as needed at home! Ingredients taste fresh and consistent every time! Been going to the NW Blvd location for over 16 years! Staff is great and order is accurate time after time!“

“Update: I went to the locations specific website and there was a place to chat. I told someone else the issue and was given a code to replace my pizza. Maybe the person at guest relations just couldn't of cared less. But my issue was resolved. They deserve at least 4 stars now instead of one.The employees at the location are great. However last week when I ordered the Canadian bacon was green the next day and super green 2 days after. I threw away half the pizza. When I wrote an email to guest services I was given a code for 25% off an online order. It was frustrating they were only willing to replace 25% of the pizza when I threw away half. Also I use food stamps and you can't pay online with them. When I mentioned this and asked if a coupon could be sent to my house they refused. Horrible customer service!“

“I had ordered online (and paid with my debit card) at what I thought was my usual Papa Murphy's next to the Fred Meyer at Wandermere. When I arrived to pick it up the guy at the counter said they didn't have an order for me. He looked at the email confirmation on my phone and told me that I had placed the order at the store on Hwy 2. So I drove to the Papa Murphy's on Hwy 2 (the one by Northpointe Shopping Center), and the nice girl working there (Brittany) said she didn't have an order for me either! She looked at my email confirmation and it turned out I had ordered from the Papa Murphy's at Airway Heights! That is where Brittany went above and beyond. She called the Airway Heights store and had them issue me a refund (even though my pizza had already been made because by this time I was 45 minutes past my 6:15 pickup time), and then remade my order (she even gave me a senior discount which I hadn't gotten on my original order). She was very nice and really helpful, showing great ownership and efficiency.“

“My neighborhood PMs, they are fast and at times they're very busy. There is usually someone that checks on you if you're in the lobby very long to make sure your order didn't get mis-placed. Pizza is always like I ordered it. Toppings fresh and plenty of cheese. No complaints!“
