“Have been here a few times before, and was excited to try more of the menu tonight. We got the fry bread, fried pickles, and a valley girl pizza. The fry bread didn't have too much of a garlic flavor, but was so cheesy and the bread itself has a wonderful lightness. The pickles were a little too salty, but had a good balance of pickle to breading. And the pizza was a perfect balance of savory, cheesy, and great use of the hot honey. We were greeted warmly at the door, seated immediately, had great service, and the restaurant is setup nicely. Everything was amazing, will definitely be back.“
“My wife and I went today and enjoyed the enviorment and food. We were a bit offset when we asked for ketchup with our french fries and they said that it would be a one dollar charge for ketchup and this was after we had already paid at the cash register. Never in my entire life have I been asked to pay for Ketchup and again we ordered fries!I hope they change this poicy as it it makes me feel like Im getting nicked and dined, and this was on a plate of french fries that cost over 10 bucks!“
“Wine was great, and well priced. The sommelier was knowledgeable on the wines and easily knew what to recommend us for a tastes. Food was decent but honestly.not amazing l, probably stick to wine here. Best place to grab a drink before a movie, as they also serve beer.“
“Pizza is great (usually - had one pizza that was super lacking in one topping, but was still good) and folks there are friendly (one bad experience, but overall, friendly folks). The zeek the Greek salad is delicious, as is their beer. Parking can be horrible, depending on time and day. Love that you can do half and half pizza. Definitely worth a trip. Gets spendy, but the pizzas are huge (large with meaty toppings can easily feed a fam of 4 with leftovers), delicious, and worth a splurge every so often.“
“This place doesnt slump in quality in any direction. It typically has large screens tuned to sports, has ambience, but I wouldn't recommend for larger parties since the venue is small.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crusts offered, no dairy free optionsParking: Limited parking but“
“Amazing pizza and salads to share with your significant other! The staff are super nice!! Fun outdoor seating in the summer and great fireplaces in the tables when it's a little chilly outside! Kid friendly and tons of games in the back room next to the bathrooms“
“This place should have way more action. Great choices of ciders and service is top notch. Huge stable of ciders to choose from, flights consist of 6 different tasters. Game room in the back with ping pong, Nintendo NES, and Sega Genesis. Peach, Dark Maple, Chai, Vanilla Bean, and Strawberry Mojito are a few faves.“
“My daughter's favorite place to go to dinner! Definitely family oriented. Service is always good, staff is very nice. You can tell they like working there. I recommend this place if you are looking for a family-friendly busy atmosphere. We love the steamer clams and the garlic bread!Update: Expect to pay around $30 for most entrees. Around the first of the year, the prices have changed quite a bit. This is definitely not fine dining, but for sure, fine dining prices.Kid-friendliness: This is definitely my daughter's favorite restaurant. The play dough and crayons probably play a big role in that. Very family friendly.“
“Every item we have tried here has been amazing and the owner Cero is awesome. We love his New York style pizza's, the Sicilian pizza, stromboli's, and Pastas. I could drink gallons of his marinara sauce. Oh and the Cannoli's and dessert calzone are unforgettable.“
“Salsa verde bowl is a MUST. An absolutely satiating blend of flavors with their generous servings of beautifully marinated chunks of chicken (or protein of your choice), warm scooped rice, bountiful bursts of lime flavor with every bite, a house made tangy salsa verde which is a top an avocado, arugula & pumpkin season mixture to bring it all together for that satisfying meal that you need to finish out a days work. This item is a perfect fresh but hearty option for a wonderful Spokane staple brewpub.“
“My bf brought me out to lunch as a surprise since I work from home and need to get out! Anyway, our first time and fairly new to the area too, I really wanted a sandwich and we decided to check you guys out. The place was very nice - clean, clearly marked as to what to do and we were surprised by the wide array of choices - sandwiches, soups, calzones, pizzas, etc etc. Being from New Hampshire and missing a lot of my favs and not finding a place (so far) that had what I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised that I saw you had pastrami (yaaay). We walked up to the young lady, behind the register, and she was very patient and nice as it was our first time and she ensured she got our order correct. I, of course, got the pastrami requested it to be finely chopped, wanted american cheese but it seems to be a delicacy around here (unlike New England) lol, and decided on swiss with a small amount of dijon and toasted. My bf had a build your own roast beef sub - lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions - and also toasted. First, we were so surprised by how big the sandwich was and your bread reminded of the bread I got at a local place back home ... and you guys nailed it! It was awesome - crispy on outside (when toasted) and soft on the inside - with a hint of chewy like a good italian bread but in a good way. The ingredients were fresh and a nice amount (not skimpy, thats for sure). My sandwich was awesome, the only difference was it was a smoky pastrami, so not quite the same as my fav but very close to what I miss. My bf loved his sandwich as well - it was fresh, had a good amt of ingredients and followed what he wanted. We both said we would definitely be back as its been hard to find a really good sandwich place - decent quantity and great quality for the price! And to top it off, the inside was a brick and black iron, mill building feel and had quite a few places to sit - booths, high tops and tables and we will need to try the outdoor seating once its open. We were thrilled to find this place and will definitely be back :)“
“Great place to go if you are white. My husband and I were completely igorned by our waitress. Well, at first she said that she would be right with us. She never looked at us again until 10 minutes later a different waitress came to get out drink order. Our waitress eventually appeared and took our order. She delivered our food with an order of wings missing. She said that they would be right out and then the table next to us suddenly had wings but ours never came. Finally I caught the attention of a different waitress and asked for our check but that we never recieved our wings. The cook eventually brought the them to us in a to go bag. The other staff picked up the slack for our clearly racist waitress. I am a generous tipper but this is the first time for as long as I can remember that I left a less than generous tip. I honestly do not believe that this was a simple oversight in our waitress’s part. She attended to everyone around us.“
“Was a great night. We may have found out Jimmy Bs replacement.Back again. Tonights salad bar was soooo fresh and good. Best beats and peppers. Tasty dressings 1/30/2024Pizza is always tasty here. On a scale of 1 being inexpensive 2 moderate 3 SpendyFieldhouse is a 2 but worth the $.“
“A very cool place. The Commons has a number of great local businesses, including Peace Pie which is awesome! I had them make a 22" pepperoni/jalapeno pizza with extra cheese and sauce and it was fantastic! Their pizzas are done NY style, foldable with a thin crust. We also ordered a 12" calzone .... another winner. While you are waiting for your pizza, there is a local brewery on site...I had the pilsner and will have that again next time. The Commons is the perfect place to meet friends, watch the Zags play, or just relax. Very friendly people there (both the people who work there and customers). A definite return spot for me!“
“Outsider has easily become one of our favorite Spokane restaurants. The food is always spectacular. We particularly appreciated learning about Chef’s food procurement and sourcing philosophy. It just aligned with our thoughts on sustainability and proper treatment of animal and vegetable. Go visit. You will not be disappointed.“
“Excellent crew !! every Tuesday.. I'm always greeted with a smile! Never hear anyone complain about their job or other employees!! As some other places have done. They all have a great time and seem to enjoy their jobs! Always respectful and friendly!! I go to this particular papas off of dishman and Sprague because of the employees and Manager. Thanks Ray.“
“I’ve been to Versalia a few times and it has exceeded expectations with every visit. The pizzas are delicious and freshly made. I tried the Gorgonzola salad and it was tasty. The servers have always been friendly and professional. I look for excuses to return to Versalia and have no reservations in recommending it to others.“
“Don't come for the bowling, stay for the food ! OMG if you want a real big juicy perfect burger and fries. This is the place a Diamond of Eatery. Just like it looks in the picture it's bigger and better & super delicious! And then bowl, food is definitely the prize of North Spokane.“
“Benni's/Ditos/Benniditos/the Brewpub, however you refer to the restaurant it will always be solid. The pizza is always the best. Just wish/hope they'll start serving the (so good!) pasta dishes they serve on the south hill.Good service matters and Benniditos knows and shows. While I don't give 5 stars often, it's definitely a 5 for a great vibe and great pizza!“
“Stopped in for the second time today. East Coast taste-on the West Coast. Pizza is very good, prices are very fair. Their employee on shift today was beyond nice & solid. It's legit the only place i will get pizza on the West Coast.“
“The staff at this location are very efficient and polite. I always have a good experience getting pizza here. Look for coupons before coming in they have some great discounts for sure. There is usually a special running in store as well on a specific pizza, those are also good deals. The Chicken Garlic is our family favorite.“
“Went to the 2018 n ruby street location. There was a handful of younger lady’s working! I was pleasantly impressed with thier work ethic and hustle. Def something you don’t see every day. Especially with the younger generation! I live 2.1 miles from two locations and decided to head south! Glad I did. Thanks for the great pizza. And amazing service!“
“The food, drinks, and staff are all phenomenal! Everyone is always friendly, even when my husband and I screw up and show up on their slammed trivia nights without a reservation ?. Specifically Theresa - she is the absolute best!! I am a creature of habit and rarely venture away from my regular routine, but I now force myself to leave work on time (which is ?????) to come here for calzones ??? (better than Pe……’s, which I never thought I’d say!) and booze at least once a week if not more. I highly recommend!!!!“
“I won't be going back! So the little boy who checked me out gave me no instruction on where to pick up my side. I got home and was reminded that I forgot my side dish. I went back, and he question if I paid for it. Thankfully, I went in with my receipt. He says to me, "Oh, it's over there" he made no mention about the icing for the side dish. Another guy steps in and says, "Oh, wait a minute. You don't want to leave without icing." I won't be going back!“
“I like how they are always quick and polite but I always order a pizza with extra cheese and another regular amount yet they both come with the same amount of cheese. It isn't that big of a deal to me so I never say anythingParking: The lot is shared with a few other stores and it is a very busy parking lot. Sometimes I have to circle the lot a couple times but always find a spot by the second or third time around“
“Great food, good price and fast service. Open until 10pm (big plus). Vegetarian options aplenty. Gluten Free Crust option.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies!!! Your imagination is the limit.Kid-friendliness: Kids get to choose what they would like.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no stairs, tables can accommodate wheelchair.“
“Did not try any food so did not rate the food section, but we had a great time and the service was great!! Mini golf was fun as well as the duffleboard, we recommend doing the unlimited because one game really just isn't enough once you get going and the competition sets in. We'll definitely be back next time we come through town. Oh and family friendly so that's a huge plus even though we did not have our little with us this time we know where to bring him next time!!“
“I hadn't been to this place forever, but I figured I'd give it another try, having had a bad experience years ago.Two things that could have been done better. 1. The Clams on the Appetizer menu had a wonderful broth, but the clams themselves were so small. You could barely find them. Also, it appeared that some of my claims were actually empty. 2. The side salad was fresh. But the whole bottom of the plate was filled with water. I do appreciate that the lettuce was washed/ rinsed well, but it shouldn't go on the plate that wet. Also, the tomatoes were mushy and had no flavor. To the good stuff! The kids' Mac and Cheese was probably the best we've experienced on a kids' menu. My Chicken Piccata was perfect and so delicious! The bread with garlic butter and dipping oil was really good, too.Decent prices, we'll be back!Kid-friendliness: Kid approved!“
“Extremely friendly staff! My little boy and I were waiting for our call in order, and one of the staff noticed my son was super interested in the staff making pizzas. The young man caught my sons attention. He took the time to show him how to toss the pizza dough in the air. Then, before my son and I left the worker gave him a couple stickers. Great experience!“
“My family and I just recently visited this pizza place while we waited for the Christmas Tree Lighting and was amazed how fast the service is! The pizza was so good we ended up buying 2 more to enjoy! Thanks for the awesome dinner ?Kid-friendliness: Our 4 year old was hangry and loved how they were very patient with her.“
“Qe had our first experience here during restaurant week. It was divine and we can't believe we have lived here for years now and this was our first time in! The pizza is great, drinks were great, service was great. The atmosphere is loud and sporty, which is not always what I'm in the mood for, but you know that going into it, so it's all good! We will definitely be returning. Parking is tough here, so we usually have to hoof it a bit, but at least it's free parking!“
“I ordered a calzone with spicy red sauce (red pepper added), meatballs, chicken, onions and jalapeños. This calzone tastes like a delicious pizza pot pie?I think their "the calzone king" ad is spot f_n on. Awesome. Pizza is a little lackluster (got a large on my Bday a couple weeks ago), but damn, their calzones are top tier. ???Parking: There's very little parking on the street and it's almost always packed. I noticed a spot on the other side of their building, access from Hamilton. Maybe next time I'll park there.“
“Great pizza and good beers on tap. The service is always good, and it's got both the restaurant side and the bar side. Never had a bad experience.Kid-friendliness: It's pretty open and the tables give a lot of room for kids to be kids. They have a a few basic arcade games in sight from the tables and the food comes out pretty quick.“
“If you had asked me my opinion on Monterey Cafe a few years ago, I would have told you to stay away. Terrible service, high prices, and the worst karaoke host I've ever experienced.I don't know when or why things changed, but I'm so glad I recently gave Monterey another chance. The pizza is one of the best pies downtown, no doubt. The bartenders are friendly and pour delicious drinks. The bouncer keeps a friendly crowd inside and hotheads outside. And the karaoke host, Jess, keeps a tight rotation, a balanced mixer, and throws down some incredible songs herself. This review is for those of you who, like me, got a bad taste in your mouth from the old Monterey. Give them another shot!“
“We love PacAve. Everything on the menu is delicious, offering many options. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. The staff are personable. It's the pizza shop version of "Cheers", a popular Brownes Addition meeting place and watering hole. Family friendly.“
“My Employer bought a hundred pizzas for an employee appreciation event on the 1st. Everyone has been raving about the quality and how much they enjoyed their pizza. Personally I thought, he crust was great and the sauce was amazing. I will definitely be getting more pizza from Mr. J.“
“This is a great place to meet friends for beers. There's quite a few tables, so there isn't usually a wait to be seated unless it's peak hour. The wait staff are great, don't usually wait for another round of drinks. Parking is the only thing that kind of sucks. The lot is pretty small so you're either parking on Sprague or in the seedy neighborhood. Other than that, it's great!Parking: Lot is small. Surrounding neighborhood isn't exactly family friendly.“
“The bartenders are awesome!! They are so friendly and provide amazing service! The food is delicious! I crave the locomoco fries on a daily basis! And don’t get me started on the cream cheese bread ? I like to study and watch something entertaining on the TV at the bar! Also a great place for parties or gatherings!“
“I stopped by after work with a couple of people and had dinner and drinks before a meeting. The pizza was right up with some of the best I personally had. The beer really made the experience that much better. The staff was very friendly and polite and I was very impressed with the cost. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family.Cyrus FairleySpokane Washington“
“Always the same delicious product never disappointed. Try some of the fun ideas they have on their website for new cooking ideas with their pizzas I tried the Roll-Up method it was awesomeVegetarian options: you're allowed to make your own pizza so it's going to be up to you how vegetarian it isDietary restrictions: they have gluten-free they have thin crust they have low-fat they have vegetarian many options hereParking: Papa Murphy's always has plenty of free parking that's easy to access right in frontKid-friendliness: they have child size pizza kits so kids can make their own little personal pizza and they love it they have so much fun pretending to be a pizza makerWheelchair accessibility: wheelchair ramps always available“
“The preparation is the issue, a messy prep area and 1 maybe 2 people trying to cover the customers lined back to the door, cross contamination of food items is the issue, if I wanted onions, I would order them, but when they are mixed into other items like tomatoes or peppers, well, I think you get the point... more table bussing is needed as well. Staff was very friendly and fast, very rare to have a bad experience“
“Best spot in town for pizza no doubt. Servers are super cool and sweet and are very attentive. They play cool music too all through the day and night. Will tell everyone to come here looking for a good time. 10/10 will continue to come back.“
“6 kids and 2 adults, all happily well fed. We were given kids menus and crayons right away. Our server, Laura, was very kind and patient. The food was excellent! We ordered an 18 inch and a 10 inch. Everyone wanted seconds and thirds. We ordered a pitcher of lemonade too.“
“These types of pizza places are typically good and consistent in their ingredients, right ? What sets the experience apart are the people behind the counter. The young women that prepared my pizza and the young women that cooked my pizza were very friendly, professional and very efficient. These people stand out and are appreciated !“
“Great corner location with plenty of parking. The staff is nice and patient. Ask for as many toppings as you want. Mod pizza is plenty for one person. Salads are underrated here. So good. Fountain machine to get your refills at your own will. Parking lot is shared with target. Overall my experience was great. Will definitely come back. Give it a go!Parking: Parking lot is shared with TargetKid-friendliness: Very spacious and family friendly tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get up“
“So good! Every dish we had was amazing. We had the chicken and gorgonzola, crab spaghetti, and chicken marsala. No disappointment what so ever, perfect place for a nice dinner or intimate date. Would highly recommend eating here, not for the calorie counters, for this is real homemade deliciousness!“
“I've been to several Mod locations, but this one really goes above and beyond. The staff are incredible; they greet me by name, ask how my dog is doing, and are just genuinely caring and friendly. The food is always spot on, is done quickly, and the ingredients are high quality.Do not skip on this location. Absolute top tier.“
“Their pizza is actually one of the best I’ve tried in Spokane. The cheese they use and the dough is near perfect. It’s a little spendy but well worth the money.I wasn’t a fan of the calzone but I think that’s just a personal preference thing. Never really been partial to calzones and today was no different but that’s not a knock on the restaurant, just my own preference.I will definitely be choosing this as my new pizza place going forward.“
“We really like this one. It's the only PP that has a dedicated sit-down, dine-in area I believe, and the fact that it's a full-bar sports on TV facility makes it even better. It will always be better than the others, because you are getting the product fresh out of the oven, and not delivered or taken home. The whole FOH was being run by one amazing bartender/server, Kaitlyn, and she put on a clinic of hospitality for us diners. Rib Tips they serve are pretty underrated in my opinion, as well. This place is busy for a reason...“
“THIS place does it right. Warmly greeted every time we arrive (3rd time here after only living in Perry district two weeks). Service is quick and friendly, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Seriously delicious pizza and pasta. Half priced wine night -JACKPOT. Upbeat music and SPORTS on tv. Big high fives all around “
