Had an issue.Spoke to the Manager Andrew, he showed an uninterested demeanor and did nothing to help resolve the issue.He didn’t ask about the service, the food, the atmosphere, or how he could make the situation / discrepancy better.Service by Sophie: Was good, personable, attentive, and understanding.RR’s communication and clarification resolved this issue, which we are grateful for.
i enjoyed my chicken burger with unlimited salad. riles got a pepper burger with unlimited sweet potatoe fries. just waters. it was tasty and the waitress was friendly, helpful, and communicative.the atmosphere isnt to my preference bc its a bit loud, but it can be a vibe on like a solo mission w headphones and im drawing or something.Parking: free street parking after a certain time and on certain days. can use the mall paid parking garage.
