We had our wedding and reception at the Steam Plant. Becky Francis was the event coordinator and was absolutely amazing. She helped the entire day go smooth and we never had to worry about a single detail. The staff on the day of the event was friendly and helpful. We had 2 Gift cards from the previous owners from 2020. We called to verify if we could still use them. The host who answered the phone didn’t know the answer and took my wife’s number and said they would call us back. 10 minutes later the host called and said they have no way of verifying the amount on the cards but they would allow us to still use them and would take our word on the amount. Such a unique and accommodating venue!The events coordinator, Becky, is SO easy to work with but efficient, detail oriented, and professional. We hosted our small wedding in the Stacks room and planned it all with about two weeks notice. Everything turned out beautifully.
