“This is hands down my favorite Subway. The two ladies that have been working the lunch hours forever are always cheerful, kind, make good suggestions, enjoy the customers and seem to enjoy working together!! I once went in on a Tuesday thinking it was a Monday (after a three day weekend) and ordered the Monday special. My mistake but they were so generous and said "I'll tell you what, we'll honor the Monday price for you anyway"! Wow! Above and beyond!“

“Honestly this subway always comes in clutch, the sandwiches are usually pretty decent and service is beyond great. Plus it's one of the only few subways that actually takes coupons within the spokane area. I've already made multiple visits and I will be making more in the future.“

“Yup. Nuther Subway nuther day. They're all about the same place to place so it's hard to make a different assessment for places that are designed to be exactly the same. But place appeared clean all the meats and stuff had lids unlike some of the others being all open top containers so I suppose this one a bit more sanitary. Construction out on the street so I'm figuring it's slow because of that. I'm the only customer in here for an hour or so. Staff was good, prompt with my sandwich. Girl didn't blink when I told her her choice on type of bread. All the others didn't know what to think.“
“Someone hacked my subway account and ordered a footlong and a six inch sub. I called and the employee was AMAZING. She took down my name and number and called the cops and did everything possible to help resolve the situation. GIVE HER A RAISE!“
“Tried to use the app from a couple of miles away, so that I could pick up sandwiches when I arrived. Experience with the app was horrible. But the staff at this restaurant redeemed the entire experience and made a couple of wonderful subs for us. Not only did they redeem my overall SUBWAY® experience, they also fixed some settings deep in the app that allowed it to work correctly for this restaurant. I’m one happy camper.“

“This is one of the cleanest subways and also great kind staff. When im in a pinch I love going to subway for a veggie sandwich. I usually order online pickup and its always ready on time and good when I get home. We recently ordered cookies and they were out of one of our choices, so they let us choose another cookie and made sure we knew before leaving (subway indeed has the best cookies).“

The service is amazing and I did not catch the name of the employee that made my sandwich but he put a lot of effort into making my sandwich look beautiful and despite me basically putting a salad on my sandwich he managed to close it without it being messy. “Everytime I come in the employees are SUPER nice but today I forgot to pick up my order because I have ADHD and just get distracted. I called the store and the young man closing was awesome enough to wait the 5 mins for me to come after closing to grab my forgotten food. I REALLY appreciate it!!!“
“Walked in the door and was greeted, Madd was all over my order, was polite and quick to boot. Helped me with my sandwich toppings as I was not sure what to put on a meatball sub….very friendly all the way around. I sat down to eat and the table, floor and whole restaurant were very clean and presentable. Would definitely say this location is good to go and will return again.“
“Wife and I chose this Subway location because it was en route to where We were heading and it's the best! Environment was clean and comfortable. The main reason that this particular Subway is the best is because of Kevin's outstanding customer service! It's good to see someone enjoying what they do where it doesn't seem like a monotonous task. “The guy working did his best. He was the only one working and was swamped with customers. The wait was a bit longer than expected because of this. They ran out of meatballs but this was around 7pm so I get it. Their new BBQ Brisket sub on Garlic Bread with their Garlic Butter was a lot better than expected. Definitely worth a try.“

“We came in on a very busy day and were helped by Spencer, who is fantastic! He is very friendly and attentive. I really wish management would staff this location better, Spencer was all alone helping a huge line of people. Having to restock/bake bread/run register etc all alone is very unfair for your employees. I don’t mind waiting in a long line but your employees shouldn’t have to suffer because management won’t staff properly. Thanks again Spencer for your hard work!“
“I have been to SO MANY Subways in Washington and this one is my favorite of all of them so far. The app doesn't seem to have a review option so here I am, trying to make sure they get their well deserved kudos. Everytime we order here, the bread is always fresh and they aren't trying to skimp on the ingredients. They aren't charging extra just because they're close to Gonzaga (looking at you, Hamilton store ?.) “Went in at noon and it was very busy and only one employee (the other person was running late) and the guy did FANTASTIC even though he was by himself. He didn't freak out or get super overwhelmed. They seem to get a lot of flack from customers that put in online orders at the Walmart Subway but come to the wrong one. I come in a few times a week and they were only out of things one of those times.“
“Stopped at Subway with my two boys today and swiped my "Rewards" card as I always have. I did this expecting zero reward other than the satisfaction of finding an old card in my wallet that should have gone to the wayside long ago. The exceptional employee on duty today, told me the same as others, no rewards today. THEN - had the heart to inform me that my card was not registerred - if she only knew how I wish I had known this from any number of employees that I had encountered beforehand. Wow. “I have been here numerous times and it was an average experience food wise, but the service is extra friendly at this location! Everyone is always in a good mood and kind. Last Saturday the 12th of November I went in around 3. There was one young man working by himself and there was a long line of about 6 people in front and 2 behind me. He was quick and courteous and honestly made the BEST sandwich I've had an probably any location ever. He kept his cool even with impatient customers. Give that kid a raise! I'll be back when he's working for another amazing veggie sub.“
