“we’ve ordered for pickup twice now and the food has been fabulous and the people very nice! avocado bomb was obviously the bomb. gyoza was awesome. sashimi and sushi rolls were super great - loved the crunch and rainbow and cherry blossom. and shumai shrimp dumplings were also great! recommend it all!!“
“I really like the food here, they are delicious and the price is reasonable. For around $30 - $40/ person, you would have a very good dinner. While the place looks kind of old and in the beginning you maybe don't expect too much, but the food here is really good.“

“This little shop packs a big punch with service, atmosphere, quality, quantity, taste, value and more!Located in Kendall Yards, this tucked- away gem is worth the search for parking.Good food, quality service, and decent prices. Would highly recommend stopping in; I'll definitely visit again for date night.“
“I am a big fan of good, no great sushi. It is not always easy to find in our wonderful little big town of Spokane. Umi North delivered, not only really great sushi but tremendous service. They were fast, kind an extremely friendly. My family and I tried 4 or 5 different rolls and all of them were beautiful and delicious. No great sushi is ever cheap but it was very reasonably priced. I am looking forward to going back because I saw some other meals being delivered to tables like the chow mein and fried rice that look huge and would be a great sharable. I highly recommend if you want great ambiance, service and food.“
“They have a great variety of both Chinese and Japanese style foods. I have never been disappointed with their Beef Teriyaki Bento boxes or Yu Hsing Pork. What I like the most about them the most is their hot and sour soup. It is the best that I have had in Spokane. It is so hot and spicy it can cure small colds. My only complaint is their sushi costs a lot even if we use our VIP discount cards.“
“The food was excellent. I ordered the Teriyaki Beef which was delicious, super tender beef with a slightly sweet and savory teriyaki sauce even the rice was great. They definitely do teriyaki right here. They also have sushi which i have never had and may try soon but it looked very tasty and well crafted.“
“Best Asian food in the area! Been here twice, about 2 years apart and was blown away both times. Sushi was phenomenal, tasted so fresh. Crab wontons were the best I've ever had. My partner ordered a chicken, shrimp, veg stir fry and it was simply amazing. Fresh, bright, delicious food. Friendliest service and a calm relaxing atmosphere. Will be back soon!Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for easy accessibility“
“It's average Asian food. I say "Asian" as they cover a few regions. Thai, Singaporean, Japanese and etc. The staff was polite and fairly attentive, but I go to mixed plate restaurants to appease a picky crowd and they're great for that reason.“
“We ordered the miso soup to start, a small app, short ribs, 2 sushi orders and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The fish and rice tasted fresh, the ribs were well seasoned and tender and we agreed the miso soup was the best we've had in town. The waitress checked with us frequently, she was so sweet and made sure our food was to our liking and accommodated our special requests. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and spacious. If you haven't been here yet give it a try, we left with tons of leftovers and a full, happy stomach!“
“Went in earlier this week for dinner and had a great experience! We had Riley as our server and he was great! We had a few issues with our food, but he addressed it quickly and the service made up for the experience. I’d highly suggest the Rock and Roll and the Princess Liaj.“
“I had one of the best meals I've had in a long time along with the absolute best service I've ever had!To give you some perspective, I had a friend rave about Sashimi and I wanted to try some for the first time. My waitress (Cady) said that she personally preferred Nigiri but it's just a preference and that some people don't like the rice with it. I decided to go with Nigiri thinking that having the rice as a buffer would be a great first step to having just the fish. I ordered the Sushi Dinner which was 6 chef's choice pieces of Nigiri and a crab stick roll. Cady took the time to explain to me which fish was which and what I should expect, she also offered several sauces on the side to enhance the experience. I feel like I ate this much faster than I should have but I took the time to taste and chew each bite so I knew what I like for the future. The food was fresh, tasty, and luxurious on my tongue. I even ordered another 2 pieces of what I liked the most (which happened to also be her favorite).Very rarely have I ever experienced such fantastic service helping me along my journey and even teaching me about the fish. Having wait staff help, explain, and talk to me about their own experience is a delight that I have had only one other time. Cady made my experience 100 times better than it could have been had I had someone who didn't care to connect with their customer and have a conversation. Bravo QQ, and bravo Cady!!“
“Awesome sushi. Always tastes fresh and is well prepared. Service is a little slow at times, and getting a table can be difficult due to the small size of the place. Forgive my pictures. We had started eating before I took them. Come check this place out you won't regret it.“
