Easily one of my favorites for a sit-down brunch style experience without too much extravagance. I shared breakfast with a friend and loved the food as always! The Sweet Potato Goat Cheese Omelet was delicious! I also had the chai tea latte which was more sweet and milky than anything else but not bad! We had a great dining experience at Yards Bruncheon. Our waitress Dawn was friendly and knew the menu well. She was very helpful in making suggestions and has worked there since it opened. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was like a classic diner. I would recommend it!

First time in, we will definitely go back again. Nice menu, reasonable prices, and large portions. Waiter was great and the food was tasty.Second time in. I had Fallmosa and Yard Burger...delicious. My friend had AM Fried Rice and they made an off-menu coffee drink for her. Excellent waitress, Tracy, was attentive but not hovering. We'll be back because there are so many menu items to try.Third time in, Green tea mimosa and a plane waffle.
