This was my first experience with Ultimate Bagel Inc. I had ordered from the menu that was online and came in and wow! The offerings online don't match up with what they had there. I ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese for a business meeting. When I arrived, they were ready and oh my they smelled so good. These bagels are great! Light and fluffy but substantial at the same time. Feels very much like a small town shop with a happy team working. I ordered the “Egg”cellent Bagel on Italian Sun Dried Tomato. Only wished to have a bit more meat and cheese. Will be coming back for more!

Not impressed. The consistency was more like a dense biscuit. It was way too thick to be authentic. The outside didn't have the nice shiny crusty golden appearance of a boiled bagel. However, The staff was very nice and helpful.
