“Lovely restaurant but the acoustics of this building are terrible. It's so loud! Very hard for our server to hear us and our small table to have a conversation. Fries arrived cold, but main dish was ”
“This place is awesome! Go see LeAnn and her family. The service was top notch! The food and the portions were incredible! The price was great! All around amazing! Thanks LeAnn and everyone at The Butter Biscuit! We will be back!”
“This place looks like a hole in the wall, but it is a hidden gem. We love the bar staff, atmosphere and great food! I haven't been outside yet, I bet the views from the deck are amazing.”
“Excellent BBQ , great environment, and a very nice staff! Our family enjoys getting the large family Combo that feeds 6. You'll recieve multiple meats , cornbread and sides that allow for everyone to get something they like. Overall It ends up being cheaper than if everyone ordered separately, which is nice. Big fans of the brisket, ribs , mac-cheese and baked beans !Kid-friendliness: Good family restaurant environment!”
“Ordered a 1/2 salad and it was the smallest salad I have ever seen for $8. Chicken in the ceasar was tasty but still thawing, on the verge of frozen. A couple pieces of lettuce had icky black areas and I tossed them. It didn't ruin anything but was disappointing.”
“First time visiting Captain Jack's, and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Will definitely be going back!Parking: Plenty of parking. Was there on a Friday night and parked right by the door.”
“My husband and I came here for the first time with our fur baby and had the best time! Sam is wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!”
“I ordered the garden omelet, hashbrowns and wheat toast. The omelet was delicious. The hashbrowns were soggy and could have been cooked longer. Coffee was excellent.”
“Nice place to stop and have a beee and a sandwich. Bartender was fun and talked with me and other customers to keep us entertained. Wish there was some live music. We need more music here in Bonney lake.”
“Best milkshakes ever! Fish n chips are marvelous! Wonderful old school drive in-small town-burger joint! Prices are reasonable for the quality. Food is 100x better then the chain fast food burger joints and if you have to wait a few more minutes then the big chains... It's totally worth it! The worst thing about this place in my opinion? Deciding which milkshake flavor to have from the huge list!!! Weather was nice for March so we ate at one of the outside tables. Highly recommend!”
“The pizza had a delectably textured crust that was both chewy and crispy, complemented by an array of flavors. I found the flavor choices to be exceptional. I’ll be back! I wish the crust was a bit more crispy but not worth taking away a star.”
“Amazing drink, amazing staff. Great way to lighten my mood this afternoon from work break. I recommend their Lucky Charm, it's a coffee strawberry drink blended. Yummy! ?”
“This is a legit little teriyaki spot with great food, great staff, and great proportions. I don't live near Sumner, but I always stop by on the way through to ski crystal.”
“Updated 3/8/2024:Still good food and reasonably priced. ?Original:Around $10 for a 3 item dinner combo (Pork fried rice, Pork chow Mein, and Sweet and sour chicken). The rice was cooked properly and chow mein was exactly what I was looking for, crunchy noodles under veggies and meat. If there was a low spot it would have been the sweet and sour chicken. It didn't have a bad taste or anything, and the actual cut of chicken was good. But the breading was a bit brittle and the sauce was a little bland. And the high point for me was the hot and sour soup, very flavorful! The Szechuan Chicken is also excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience and pretty good old school Chinese food. Love this place. Recommended!”
“The place is amazing. The croffles are to die for. Make sure to try the black sesame one. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and so beautifully set up. Totally minimalist but classy. We will definitely be repeat customers. BTW, it is a little pricy but on par with other similar establishments I've tried in Seattle and vicinity. However, you're paying for quality, service, and a unique café experience. For me, it's well worth it!!”
