My son-in-law offered to grab dinner and read me the menu. I chose the bulgogiger burger? Sandwich? And garlic fries.Let's start with the bun. It was moments out of the oven. So fresh. Amazing. The ribeye was bursting with flavor. The pickles added a crunch and incredible umami. Lettuce added the perfect light crisp. Then the sauce. I was skeptical of sweet. But it wasn't sweet. Or just sweet. It was a flavor that brought the whole thing together. One of the most memorable first bites of my life. Ten stars.
