Poor attitude from the young girl that took the order. Nobody thanks the customer anymore, but a tip is expected at the end. Seems to be the norm nowadays. Anyway, food is still good.
I'm a semi regular customer here and haven't had any complaints over 10+ years until now. Put in an order online at 1:30 pm to pick up at 5:15. Arrived at 5:20 and after waiting for everyone in the lobby to get their food, was told my order would be another 10-15 minutes (now at 5:30). I understand getting behind when it's busy, and I'll still be coming back. But I guess planning ahead still doesn't help get an order on time sometimes :(

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Mac/ cheese and creamy slaw was the highlights of our visit. My wing had MULTIPLE broken bones. Had me questioning the quality of the chicken supplier. Greasy beyond greasy. Hands were soaked in oil. Had to use 5 paper towels for a 2 PC meal. Personnel had zero personality. First timers. We saw Ezells on KGW news and felt we had to try it.
