Okay, so, everything at this place is not great. But once you figure out what you like to order here, it cannot be beat. For starters, this may be the only taco truck that actually has ground beef instead of shredded or strips, etc. Secondly, they have the best taco salad I have every had in my life. The shell is to die for. I think they make them fresh with each order, and there is absolutely no comparison for any other salad bowl shell anywhere. The taco meat makes it or breaks it for me, and both the chicken (pollo) and pork (carnitas) were very moist and flavorful! The real topper was the grilled onions on the tacos, added a depth of flavor over the typical cold, chopped onion. Rice and beans were also spot on. The prices were pretty standard for a taco truck.

This truck is pumping out the same quality as sit down restaurants at cheaper prices! Beats competing Mexican restaurants by a long shot for price/quantity. Do yourself a favor and support this business asap. The super burritos are great!
