Went here for the first time. Very busy. Still received good service in a timely fashion. Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chicken Shio Ramen(shio seasoned chicken broth ramen served over thick wavy noodles topped with chicken chashu, menma, scallion, sesame) I added with onsen mushrooms and tofu, as well as a bowl of miso soup. First time here and dang these dishes are great! Picked up the Smoked Salmon Rangoons for the app with the sweet chili sauce.The Black Garlic Steak on a bed of Basil Pea Puree was perfectly cooked and just melts so smoothly on every bite. Also the Pork Belly Yakisoba was extremely filling and flavorful!

Everything was excellent except for (and i say this with as much respect possible) the aged eggs. Im not sure what was going on, but they tasted very sour/vinegary. Definitely not what I'm used to, personally.. but maybe I'm uneducated in this particular process so take what I say with a grain of salt.The flavor of everything else was fantastic and I would absolutely go back.
